  • Create an account on the Globeia portal to start your application today. Haven’t received the confirmation email yet? Please check your spam folder.
  • Double-check your application to avoid any delays due to missing details.
  • Upload a digital passport photo — this is the photo that will appear on your RCMP criminal record check certificate.

Step 2: Mailing Your Fingerprints to Globeia

You can pay via credit card or PayPal, depending on your preferred mode of payment.

Step 3: Receive Your Police Clearance Certificate

  • Please note that the waiting time increases to 1-4 months if a criminal record is revealed in the national criminal record check.
  • Regular updates will be available on your Globeia portal account to keep you current on the status of your application. You will also receive an update from us as soon as your certificate is ready, provided you have signed the Third Party Consent form while submitting your request. Please note that we will not be able to receive results on your behalf in cases such as Privacy Act applications and under-18 applications.

What type of photo IDs can I upload?
You will need to upload two government-issued photo IDs.
