Size The required photo size is 50mm by 70mm.
Head size and positionYour head must measure 31mm to 36mm of the entire photo and the distance from your eye to the bottom of the picture should be 39mm. Furthermore, you should keep your head straight in the center of the picture while looking directly into the camera.
Resolutions (Pixels) 600 dpi.
Background As per the photo requirements, the background should be white.

CommentOn the back of one of the photos, following details must be mentioned: name of the photographer, address of the photographer, the date on which the photo has been captured, applicant’s name and applicant’s date of birth. Yes, these details can be hand-written. Moreover, the back of the other photo must be left blank.

Color Submitting a color photo which exhibits your true skin tone is necessary. No digitally altered pictures.
Head size and positionYour head must occupy 31mm to 36mm of the photo. Moreover, your head must be seen clearly from the top of your hair to the bottom of your chin as well as both the sides of your face should be perfectly visible. Along with that, the top part of your shoulders and your head need to be squared with the camera. Yes, your head should be positioned in the center of the picture and it should be straight which means that you cannot tilt or rotate your head. Also, you are not allowed to take a picture from any angle and remember that a portrait-style picture will not be accepted.
RecencyIt cannot be older than 6 months.
BackgroundA separate picture of the applicant with a plain white background is important. Hence, there must not be any shadows or patterns in the background.
ExpressionsAs per the photo requirements, neutral facial expressions with a closed mouth are permitted only.
EyesYou are required to look directly into the camera with open eyes. Moreover, your eyes must be perfectly visible and they should never be blocked by your glasses or hair. Furthermore, you must keep the camera lens at your eye level.
EarsYour ears should be visible in the picture.
LightingThere should be an even amount of lighting. Avoid any shadows, reflections or red eye in the picture.
Resolution (pixel)At least 600 dpi.
QualityThe picture must be printed on a high quality, glossy photo paper. Also, make sure that there shouldn’t be any creases or impurities on the photo. Moreover, you are required to submit a focused picture which means that it should be rich in contrast as well as clear.
GlassesMake sure that your eyes must not be covered by the thick frames and a glare should not be created when you choose to wear your prescription glasses. However, removing your glasses for the photo is preferred. No, tinted lenses, any reflections and sunglasses are strictly forbidden.
HeadgearHeadgear is not permitted except for religious purposes. However, you need to make sure that your face is completely visible in the photo without any shadows. Here, a completely visible face means that it can be seen clearly from the top of your forehead to the bottom of your chin.
