Monday to Friday from: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for all procedures, including the delivery of documents. In the afternoon the attention will be only by telephone from: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
We can only help you with documents originating from Canada. If your documents originated from Colombia, you will need to contact the correct competent authority to assist you in that country.
